Being a female Formula 1 fan can be scary at times - in a sport dominated by men, it's easy to feel a little bit of imposter syndrome, especially with the prejudices against female fans. However, The Monday Debrief is a safe space for us girls that are fans of the sport, to discuss the weekend's race, and, more importantly, learn without feeling judged.
My Formula 1 journey began when I was as young as four years old, when every weekend without fail, my step-father would have the race on every weekend. He was always a Ferrari fan, therefore I am now a Ferrari fan - I don't wanna talk about it. However, being a woman in love with the sport does come with its downsides, and I experienced a lot of them. Therefore, I wanted to create a safe space, and somewhere that I can voice my own thoughts without facing judgement - hopefully.
